At 5'11" I believe I am on the short end of being tall.
In my opinion being tall (as a woman) starts at 6'
and being really tall at 6'1".
Don't you think?
I L-O-V-E Being Tall
- No need for a stool when painting the walls
- Reaching the top shelf of kitchen cupboards
- Helping little ladies in the grocery store get things off the top shelf
- Switching light-bulbs is a breeze
- Easily spotting my friends/family in a crowd
Black - White - Grey Theme
Today I am going with a black-white-grey theme.
Even my painting clothes (above) fall into that color-scheme....

This is what I wore (below) when I took my kids out to lunch to celebrate the end of a school year and PERFECT attendance!!!! Wow!
That is a first in our family. I am really proud of them for getting out of bed every morning and making it to school. And how lucky we are that we never got sick!!
World - Traveler Shirt
I must say that of the cities listed on this shirt, my husband has visited four, and I only two....! What!!! But I visited my two cities for pleasure, while he visited his solely for work. So perhaps I still have him beat.

The shirt hits me probably a bit higher than it should, but such is life when you are tall and especially so when you MUST have the shirt....
Also, the lines are diagonally which traditionally is seen as more flattering on women's figures. Since I have a pear-shaped body shape I stay away from horizontal lines in the hips area. Horizontals stripes (and chevrons) maxi-skirts are very 'in' right now, but you won't find me wearing them.... Nope: not flattering on my body....!!
But this skirt looks OK on me.... I think.....
Wind blowing and all....
