Wishing you the happiest of Valentines Days!!!
Well, I hope Valentines day was a HUGE success at your home....
We had a wonderful day.  The kids were soooo excited to hand out their Valentines to their friends at school and receive some goodies in return.  we had fun parties with fun crafts, and the squeeze even surprised me with a HUGE gift.  No nothing mushy {that's not his style}, but something I am VERY excited about:  TWO large blank canvasses!  and an assignment of where he wanted to hang them when they were finished:  in the living room.... 
Needless to say...  he scored lots of points.....

Well, guess what, The Town and Country Magazine, January 2011 issue recommends we taste the rainbow this season, to brighten up our look. 
Naturally we all want to follow their advice immediately, right?  After all, the cheapest thing on the page are the rings {left bottom} at $265 each.... 
I will probably {not} pick up a few of those....
Hahahaha!
LOL
But I do love color and am definitely following their advice in the home.  Lots of colorful decor!  I actually love the colors they have on this page.  Gotta brighten up my look!

Flowers in the Cold

Flowers to cheer us up on a cold cold day....
Well, it's cold outside, and it's snowing, and it's slick, and my toes are frozen.... So I thought this would be a good time to bring in some sunshine through flowers.
Bright happy flowers...
It is so much fun to see the happy colors...
